Khánh Hòa Welcomes Seven New Investment Projects in Vân Phong Economic Zone
The Vân Phong Economic Zone in Khánh Hòa province sees a significant boost with seven new projects totaling over $236 million.

Khánh Hòa province announced the approval of seven new investment projects in the Vân Phong Economic Zone, with a total registered capital exceeding 5,562 billion VND (approximately $236 million). This decision was made during the Investor Promotion Conference held in Nha Trang, where local officials highlighted the importance of these projects for the region's economic development.
The newly approved projects are set to focus on critical sectors including shipbuilding, supporting industries, industrial park infrastructure, maritime logistics, and dyeing. According to the Khánh Hòa Economic Zone Management Authority, these investments are expected to enhance production capacity and improve the logistics and port infrastructure within the Vân Phong Economic Zone.

Trần Hòa Nam, Vice Chairman of the Khánh Hòa People's Committee, emphasized the province's commitment to attracting quality foreign direct investment (FDI) by improving technical and social infrastructure, streamlining administrative procedures, and fostering a supportive environment for investors. He stated that there is a need to focus on completing the technical and social infrastructure, accelerating administrative reforms, and enhancing the quality of services for businesses.
In addition to the new projects, the conference featured discussions from various stakeholders, including the Foreign Investment Agency and the Korea Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (KOCHAM). These discussions centered on trends in international investment flows and strategies for attracting high-quality FDI, particularly in green industrial ecosystems.
