Masan Group Achieves National Brand Recognition for 19 Products

Masan Group has secured national brand recognition for 19 of its products and services as part of the 2026 Vietnam National Brand Program, which evaluates businesses based on quality, innovation, and industry leadership. The Ministry of Industry and Trade announced the results on August 29, 2026, recognizing 499 products from 227 enterprises in the program's 10th edition.

This year marks the first time that five product lines from Masan's Chin-Su brand, which includes chili sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sauces, and seasonings, have been recognized. Additionally, the WinEco vegetable line and the WinMart, WinMart+, and WiN retail chains also made their debut in the national brand listings.

Masan's diverse portfolio includes well-known brands such as Omachi, Vinacafé, Wake-Up, and MeatDeli.

“The program aims to improve brand quality and value while increasing the number of Vietnamese exporters.”Ta Hoang Lan, Deputy Head, Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency

Financially, Masan reported a net revenue of VND 77.023 trillion (US$2.9 billion, approximate) in the first eight months of 2026, reflecting a 52% increase year-on-year. The net profit after tax before minority interests reached VND 8.518 trillion, about 2.2 times higher than the same period last year. This growth is attributed to the company's ability to fund its own expansion after years of investment in its consumer and retail ecosystem.

Masan is also focusing on technology to enhance its operations. The company has developed a Consumer Operating System (cOS) designed to connect brands, retailers, and consumers through a shared technology and data infrastructure. Its WinX membership platform has 15 million members, and Masan's Retail Supreme model connects approximately 500,000 traditional retail outlets, allowing for improved product availability and brand visibility.

In addition to consumer goods, Masan operates an integrated production complex that includes mining and tungsten refining, supplying products to markets including Germany, other European Union countries, the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and India.

Ta Hoang Lan, deputy head of the Trade Promotion Capacity Development Division at the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency, said the program aims to improve brand quality and value while increasing the number of Vietnamese exporters.

A Masan Group representative said the company believes Vietnamese brands must be built on real capabilities and tested in the market, and that Masan will continue to invest in technology, people, research and development, and distribution to better serve Vietnamese consumers and bring more Vietnamese brands to the world.
