LiVEx features tailored supervision, investor protection measures, and information disclosure suited to the risk profile and characteristics of SMEs and startups.

To prepare entrepreneurs for capital market access, LiVEx is supported by the LiVE Platform, which offers educational resources, business tools, and development programs in collaboration with public and private partners. Eligible companies for LiVEx are medium-sized SMEs or startups with venture capital or private equity investment, and investors must meet criteria reflecting their knowledge, experience, and financial capacity to bear investment risks.
