Company backgroundThe Energy Policy and Planning Office (EPPO) is a government agency under the Ministry of Energy in Thailand responsible for recommending national energy policies and plans, including energy conservation and ensuring adequate and efficient energy supply.
EPPO was originally established as the National Energy Policy Office under the Office of the Prime Minister in 1986 and was later upgraded to a permanent department reporting directly to the Prime Minister before being transferred to the Ministry of Energy and renamed EPPO. EPPO leads the formation of energy policy for Thailand's transition towards clean, secure, and sustainable energy.
