Company backgroundCredit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF) is a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank established in November 2010 to promote financial stability and boost long-term investments in the ASEAN+3 region.
CGIF operates by providing bond guarantees to support ASEAN+3 companies in accessing regional bond markets, helping them expand and diversify debt capital sources and raise funds in matching currencies and tenors. CGIF signed a strategic collaboration agreement with the Credit Guarantee Corporation of Cambodia (CGCC) to support Cambodian Riel bond market development and knowledge sharing in ASEAN.
