Company backgroundThe Anflocor Group of Companies began in 1948 with Don Antonio O.
Floirendo, Sr. establishing the first Ford car dealership outside Manila in Davao City. DAMOSA LAND, Inc., the property development arm of the Anflocor Group, manages the Anflo Industrial Estate in Panabo City, Davao del Norte, which hosts 24 operational locators mainly engaged in export-oriented manufacturing.
The Anflo Industrial Estate is a 63-hectare agro-industrial park registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), offering industrial lots and ready-built factory buildings for lease or sale. The Anflo Industrial Estate is strategically located between Davao City and Tagum City, designed to support agro-industry and industrial development in the Davao Region and Mindanao.
