Company backgroundThe Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC) was established by Executive Order No. 113 on December 24, 1986, to replace the Presidential Committee on Agricultural Credit and the Technical Board of Agricultural Credit.
The ACPC is composed of high-level government officials including the Minister of Agriculture and Food as Chairman and the Governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines as Vice-Chairman. The ACPC assists the Ministry of Agriculture and Food in synchronizing all credit policies and programs supporting agricultural development and reviews all agricultural credit programs before approval.
