ICTSI Becomes First PSE-Listed Company to Exceed P2 Trillion Market Capitalization

International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) has made history by becoming the first company listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) to surpass a market capitalization of P2 trillion (approximately $36 billion). This remarkable achievement was marked when ICTSI’s shares closed at a record price of P999, elevating its market cap to P2.01 trillion. The following day, the company further increased its market value to P2.02 trillion as its shares peaked at an all-time high of P1,020 during intraday trading.

PSE President and Chief Executive Officer Ramon S. Monzon highlighted the significance of this milestone, stating that doubling its market cap less than 10 months after breaching the P1 trillion market capitalization is nothing short of extraordinary. He noted that this rapid growth reflects investor confidence in ICTSI's leadership and its strategic direction under Chairman and President Enrique K. Razon Jr.

ICTSI, established in 1987, operates 32 terminal operations across 19 countries, including 10 terminals in the Philippines. The company first crossed the P1 trillion market capitalization threshold on September 17, 2025, and has since demonstrated a sustained rally in its share price, reflecting strong investor sentiment.

Prior to this historic close, ICTSI had briefly surpassed the P2 trillion mark during intraday trading sessions on June 16 and July 13. Analysts suggest that this consistent performance underscores the company's robust growth strategy and its expansion in global port and logistics operations.
