Rohas Tecnic Bhd has received confirmation from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) that its investigation into the company has concluded, leading to the revocation of seizure orders on its bank accounts. This development was announced in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The investigation began on October 17, 2025, when the MACC issued orders to freeze certain bank accounts belonging to Rohas Tecnic, HGPT, and Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd (REI). Following the investigation, the deputy public prosecutor issued a notice on November 26, 2025, to revoke the orders for Rohas Tecnic and HGPT, a day after REI received a similar revocation.

On June 26, 2026, the MACC officially revoked the seizure orders concerning HGPT’s bank accounts, marking the end of the inquiry, which was conducted under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). This conclusion brings much-needed certainty to Rohas Tecnic and its stakeholders, allowing them to move forward without the burden of the investigation hanging over them.
